Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the SUI DePIN (formerly Bahne AI) / BaseSpotDEX application (the "App") handles your information. The App is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet interface and decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregator. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds at any time.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your real name, postal address, government ID, or phone number.
• We do not require account registration with personal information.
• We do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or recovery codes — these are held exclusively by you and the authentication provider you choose (Privy).
• We do not facilitate fiat-to-crypto or crypto-to-fiat conversions, and we do not collect KYC information.

2. Information You Provide

• Wallet authentication: When you sign in via Privy, an email address or social account identifier may be associated with your wallet. This is managed by Privy and is subject to Privy's Privacy Policy.
• Public wallet addresses: Your blockchain wallet address is used to display balances, transactions, and to broadcast transactions you initiate. Wallet addresses and on-chain activity are public by design on public blockchains.
• Display preferences: Settings such as theme, slippage tolerance, and selected favorite tokens are stored locally on your device.

3. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage analytics: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as feature usage, crash reports, and performance metrics) to improve the App. This data does not personally identify you.
• Device information: Basic device information (operating system version, app version, screen size) may be collected for compatibility and debugging purposes.
• IP address: Your IP address may be processed transiently by our infrastructure providers to route requests; it is not associated with your wallet or stored long-term.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services to function. Each service has its own privacy practices:

• Privy — wallet authentication and self-custody key management.
• Public RPC providers (Alchemy, Helius, public Solana/Base RPC endpoints) — for reading blockchain state and broadcasting transactions.
• Market data providers (Birdeye, CoinGecko, Codex, Jupiter, DexScreener) — for token prices, charts, and on-chain analytics. We send only public token addresses to these services, not your wallet address.
• Google Play Services — for app distribution, crash reporting, and Android system integration.

5. How Your Information Is Used

• To enable wallet sign-in and display your on-chain balances and transactions.
• To execute swaps and other on-chain operations that you explicitly initiate.
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Information is shared with the third-party services listed above only to the minimum extent necessary to deliver the App's functionality.

7. Data Retention

Anonymous usage and crash data is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Locally stored preferences remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us so we can investigate.

9. Security

Because the App is non-custodial, the security of your funds depends primarily on you safeguarding your authentication credentials. We employ standard industry practices (TLS encryption, signed releases, restricted permissions) to protect the components we control.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict its processing. Because we collect minimal personal information, most requests can be fulfilled by clearing app data on your device. For requests concerning data held by our third-party providers, please contact those providers directly.

11. International Users

The App may be accessed from anywhere in the world. By using the App, you consent to your information being processed by our infrastructure providers, which may be located in jurisdictions different from your own.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
